About

Sea Rose does the majority of their sharpening by hand on Japanese water stones to preserve the life and integrity of every knife they handle. Sharpening services are not just limited to basic sharpening but also repairs, refurbishments, larger projects or unique blade edges are welcome and can be dropped off for pickup later in the week.

Sharpening Schedule

Drop off sharpening 7 days a week 10 am - 6 pm

Knives can be dropped off during any and all business hours for Rain Shadow Meats. The butchers will take your knives and I will pick them up, sharpen them, and return them for pickup later in the week. Turn around is approx. 5 days though timing can vary due to volume and availability. Please check with the butchers if something needs to be done on a particular calendar.
